I don't where Teleport resides, so I cannot check the version, but 1.2.1 sounds about right.Do you know of another similar app, preferably one that can move windows as well? Firstly I have no experience with any alternative similar applications.Teleport was originally a preference pane but the last version, 1.2.1 is an ordinary application which therefore does not appear in System Preferences. 
Solution
To resolve the issue, unblock the Citrix Receiver plug-in pop-up in Google Chrome to access desktops and applications in Receiver when using browser. Complete the following steps to unblock the Receiver plug-in pop-up:
Right-click the blocked plug-in icon in the address bar.
